Burns night celebrates the life and work of legendary Scottish Bard Robert ‘Rabbie’ Burns through feasting, literature and dance
We invite you to get dressed up in your finest Scottish regalia and join us and 750 others as we pay spectacular homage to the great man over the course for a truly magical night. At Burns Baby Burns you can expect all the lights, colours, sounds and smells of a Scottish Hooley in a 18th century highland castle, plum in the middle of Bethnal Green!
With a traditional 3 course Burns supper from executive chef Charlton Nichol served on banqueting tables as far as the eye can see, giant haggis being piped into the great hall with highland pipes and twirling fire before being ceremonially severed by our celebrity host brandishing Excalibur.
The lassies mockingly toasting the laddies, the colourful response from the boys in return, the thundersome recitation of Burns’ most famous works… and of course, the most exaltant euphoric and wild ceilidh south of South Lanarkshire from the UK’s most riotous ceilidh band, The Ceilidh Liberation Front.
Quite simply the biggest and best Burns night celebration south of the borders.
